She was predeceased by: her parents, Rommie Franklin Pulliam and Gertrude Winn Thomas; her husband Woodrow Wilson Ramsey Jr.; her son Kenneth Ray Ramsey; and her siblings, Rommie Pulliam Jr., David Pulliam, Nancy Wilson and Betty Williamson.

She is survived by: her son Timothy Woodrow Ramsey; her granddaughters, Kacey Ramsey and Victoria Chappell (Zack); her great grandchild Zander Chappell; and her sisters, Sylvia Patterson (Joe), Tammy Overby (Bobby) and Patricia Setzer (Dale). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
