She is survived by: her husband Nelson Blackwell; her stepchildren, Bonnie Duke, Sue Chamberlain and Jerry Blackwell; her great grandchildren, Weston Blalock and Emma Rose Blalock; and her friends, Danny Ray and Paulette Miller.
