He was predeceased by: his parents, George Barney Faircloth and Mary Elizabeth Downing. He is survived by: his wife Minnie Jackson Faircloth; his daughters, Kim Ketchum of Yazoo, MS and Lynnette Miller of Salisbury, MD; his sisters, Ann Dowless of Hampton Roads, VA and Frances Watson of Durham; his grandchildren, Bryce Ketchum of Yazoo, MS, April Ketchum of Yazoo, MS, Josh Owens (Holly) of Salisbury, MD and Jennifer Hill (Robert) of Salisbury, MD; and his stepchildren, Wayne Jackson of Oxford, NC, Patsy Jackson of Oxford, NC and Larry Jackson of Henderson, NC. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Avaleen Ray and a brother, Claybourne Faircloth.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Concord Baptist Church, 2509 E. Lyon Station Rd., Creedmoor, NC 27522 or to Kindred Hospice, 136 Roxboro Rd., Oxford, NC 27565.
