It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Eugene Casner (Oxford, North Carolina), born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Walters Casner and Goldie Irene Devore of Zanesville, Ohio.. He is survived by: his grandson Kenneth Alan; his wife Darla Hope Casner; his children, Lorri Christine Casner Basara and Kenneth Alan Casner (Lauren Ashley); his grandchildren, Kassie Elizabeth Casner, Titus William Casner, Ellie Hope Casner, Creed Alan Casner, Zebulon Rhett Casner and Noah Aaron Basara (Emma); and his great grandchildren, Aaron Joshua "AJ" Torresvalle and Gabriel Dean Basara.
