She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Norman and Lillian Pope Norman. She is survived by: her daughters, Lillian Ladell Norman of Oxford, Teressa Taylor of Oxford and Valerie Webb of Oxford; and her siblings, Mildred Norman Boyd of Oxford and Thomas Norman (Corrine) of Oxford. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
Covid-19 protocols of facial coverings and social distancing of six feet or more will be observed.
