He is survived by: his children, David "Ted" Fogleman, Melissa Dunn of Rougemont, NC, Tracie F. Tate and Jeff of Henderson, NC; his grandchildren, Kendell, Andrew, Ava and Peyton; his siblings, James Fogleman, Lawrence Fogleman, Claude Fogleman, Shirley Huff, Betty Jean Mangum and Bernice Fox; and also, Dorothy Snow and Donnie Long. He is also survived by friends and beloved grandchildren.
