He was predeceased by: his father Reginald Grey Perkins. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Ann Inscoe Perkins; his sister Lisa P Burwell (William); and his caregiver Teresa Garrett. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
