Welsh (Kelly) and Adam Welsh (Jennifer); his mother Virginia L. Morrison Welsh; his granddaughters, Ariel, Hailey, Cheyenne, Elizabeth and Amber; his brother Robert A. Welsh Jr. (Katie); his stepdaughter Sandy Eastman (Jeff); and his close friend Debbie Rhew Murray.
