He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Roy Lee Noblin and Mary Ann Royster Noblin; and his sister Julia Noblin Currin. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hamme Noblin; his children, Janet Noblin Noel (Chris) and Charles Royster Noblin Jr. (Shelly); and his brother Roy Noblin Jr. (Margie). He is also survived by four granddaughters; ten great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
