We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2023, at the age of 72, Charles Howard Riggan of Oxford, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bruce Riggan and Margaret Amelia Mitterer Riggan; and his brothers, James Riggan, John Riggan and Michael Riggan.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Pegram Riggan; his son Spencer Glen Riggan (Stacey); his grandson Sawyer; and his sister Teresa Jaynes.
The Riggan family appreciates any donations in honor of Strawberry to be given to the Shriners Hospital or to the Duke Cancer Center.
