He is survived by: his wife Leola Burris Oakley; his children, Kathy Spencer of Charlotte, Roxanne Brown of Duluth, GA, Charlene Oakley of Oxford, Ronald Charles Oakley of Netcong, NJ, Patrick Oakley of Las Vegas, NV and Ronnie Burris of Spartanburg, SC; and his sister Lisa Jackson of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.
