He is survived by: his wife Renee Williams; his children, Cedric Williams, Jocelyn Solivan (Estevan), Carl D. Williams Jr. and Courtney Williams; his mother Mabel C. Williams; and his siblings, Robert Williams, Mary Howell, Tony Williams (Betty), Barry Williams, Kenneth Dale Williams (Christy), Marcus Williams (Peggy), Anessa Williams (Gerald), Cleveland Spivey and Steven L. Harris. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
