He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Spencer Hart and Foy Blackwell Hart. He is survived by: his sisters, Mildred Elliott (Ronnie) and Patsy Worrell (Nathan); his niece Deana Whitt (Ken); his nephews, Scott Elliott (Suzanne) and Joseph Bey; and his aunts, Wilma Tunstall, Evelyn Elliott, Gladys Godsey and Nell Hart. He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews.
