It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blonnie Y Thompson (Oxford, North Carolina), who passed away on April 15, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Esco Yancey, Sr. and Lural Throckmorton Yancey. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Thompson; her sons, Vernon Thompson (Bennyta) of Bridgeport, CT, Vernard Thompson of Reading, PA and Vershawn Thompson of Baltimore, MD; and her brothers, Esco Yancey, Jr. of Deland, FL, George Yancey (Geraldine) of Roxboro and Richard Yancey (Mimi) of Lorton, VA.

All services will observe Covid-19 protocols of facial coverings and social distancing of six feet or more.
