He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardy Bumper and Mary B. Leath. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly L. Bumper of Oxford, NC, Billy Ray Bumper Jr. (Christine) of Raleigh and Mark Anthony Bumper of Durham, NC; his granddaughters, Adria B. Bumper and Arriana M. Bumper; his brother Wayne D. Bumper of Burlington, NC; and his aunt Clastene Leath of Burlington, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
