We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2021, at the age of 92, Averett Carrie Frances Watson of Oxford, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Watson and Claude Watson; her husband E. B. Averett, Jr.; and her siblings, Macy Watson, Felix Watson, Ruby Denny, Coleman Watson, Bradford Watson, Jesse Watson, Elsie Lee Denny and Willie Belle Preddy.
She is survived by: her sons, Frank Averett (Kathryn) and Ernie Averett (Phyllis); and her grandson Charlie Averett. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.
