He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Wortham and Mary McNeal Wortham. He is survived by: his son NyQuan M. Wortham of Butner, NC; his granddaughter Nylah McKnight of Durham, NC; his brother James T. Wortham of Creedmoor, NC; his aunts and uncles, Beulah Alston, Myrtle Green, Lorene Mitchiner, Harmon Green, Walter, William and Hughley; and his friend Stanley Harris Jr.. He is also survived by cousins, friends.
