She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Hester and Adeline Allen Hester. She is survived by: her children, Michael Hicks of Oxford, Shirley Tucker of Lawrenceville, GA, Joann Garner of Youngsville and Linda Hobson of Butner; and her brother Bishop James Hester of Oxford. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren.
An outdoor service (limited to fifty (50) attendees selected by the family observing Covid-19 guidelines of face masks and social distancing of six feet or more) will be held Thursday, August 13 at 1:00 P. M. at Wright Funeral Home.
