He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Albert Downey and Ruth Downey; and his brother-in-law John Hayes. He is survived by: his parents, Dianne Strong and John Strong (Pamela); his children, Kwante Chavis, Kiana Downey, Keosha Downey, Kiya Marrow and Taleah Downey; and his siblings, Latonia Downey Hayes, Anthony Strong (Lashaun), Justin T. Wilkerson, Desmond Green, Don Green and LeDonna Green. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
