He is survived by: his sons, Richard Warren Lyon of Creedmoor and Mark Wheeler Lyon (Catherine) of Northside; his granddaughter Coley Anne Lyon of Charlotte; his sister-in-law Mary Frances Rogers Lyon of Creedmoor; his close friend Hilda Trejo; and also, April, Leslie, Jessica and Ruby Trejo.
