With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stella Cunningham (Nichols) Jenkins of Otto, North Carolina, who passed away on March 5, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Floyd and Leona Beasley Nichols; her husband Sam Cunningham; and her siblings, Ann Lamb, Fannie Nichols, Bobby Nichols, Hoyt Nichols and Floyd Nichols.
She is survived by: her daughter Gladys Burnette of Scaly Mountain; her sisters, Margie Blaine of Franklin, Betty Carpenter of Easley, SC, Faye Shirley of Otto, NC and Goldie Richardson of Liberty, SC; and her grandsons, Greg Talley and Shane Talley. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Newmans Chapel Baptist Church cemetery.
