It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Stephen Nix of Otto, North Carolina, who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bill Nix. He is survived by: his parents, Curtis Lamar Nix and Lisa Renee Nix; his brother Michael Lamar Nix; his grandparents, Jean Nix, Romona and Arthur Gay; his aunts, Judy Marchman (Ben) and Orman David Gay (Kristie); his great-aunt Janie Adams; and his cousins, Ashley Marchman, Joshua Gay, Lexi Williams, Christopher Williams and Alexander Williams.
