He was predeceased by: his parents, George Milne and Sophie Milne. He is survived by: his children, Patrick R. Milne, Jr. (Frances) and April Milne Vantassel; his brother Daniel Milne; and his stepchildren, Jessica Smith, Mary Bettencourt, Paul Bettencourt, Jr., Jason Bettencourt, Jacob Bettencourt and Emily Amrine. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
