He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Brown and Grace Saunders Brown; his son Terry Brown; and his siblings, Mildred Tiernan, Roy Brown, Johnny Ray Brown and Kenneth Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Dills Brown of Franklin; his son Kevin Brown of Franklin; his grandchildren, Jacob Brown, Christina Brown and Brittany Brown; and his sister-in-law Opal Brown.
