He is survived by: his wife Sheila Jean Williams of Otto, NC; his children, Francis "Frank" E. Williams III (Danielle) of Franklin, Katherine "Kathy" Green (Donnie Nix) of Easley, SC. and Patricia "Patty" Williams of Goldsboro, NC.; his siblings, Evetta Williams, Tim Williams (Susan), Toby Williams, Ramon Williams (Cathy) and Robin Williams (Lee); and his grandchildren, Michelle Green, Cole Harling, Camden Williams (Lexi Godwin) and Alexys "Lexy" Williams.
