He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Parker and Mollie Britt Parker; and his siblings, Rexford Parker, Johnson Parker, George Parker, Alma Parker Britt, Isolene Parker Britt, Clara Mae Parker Phillips, Marlene Parker and Edna Earle Parker.

He is survived by: his close friend Viola Britt. He is also survived by seventeen nieces and nephews.
