She is survived by: her children, Mitch Meekins, Jim Chapman of Orrum, NC and Suzanne Chapman of Fairmont, NC; her sister Stacy Stone (Jay) of Lumberton, NC; and her granddaughter Madison. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
