We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2023, at the age of 76, Michael Knopka of Orrum, North Carolina, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Michelle Mazzagatti; his mother-in-law Ida May Barrow (Betsy Star); his brother-in-law Belin Vandergrift; and his brothers, Richard, Albert, Robert and John.

He is survived by: his wife Connie Knopka; his children, Debbie Oler (Keith), Denise Hart (Ron), Barbara Bertino (David) of New Jersey, Micheal and Mark (Rebecca) of Pennsylvania; and his brother Ken Knopka of Malibu, CA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great- grandchildren.
