She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Hill and Ophelia Gerald Hill. She is survived by: her husband James Stewart Strickland; her children, Marta Roneice Campbell (Dennis) of Yorktown, VA and Stewart D. Strickland; her brothers, Wilbur Grady Hill of Augusta, GA and Delfin Hill (Tony) of Proctorville, NC; her grandchildren, Captain Caelan Campbell, Devin Campbell of Richmond, VA, Kaytice and Jabari Strickland; and her friend Laurie Cromartie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
