He was predeceased by: his son Tim Bean. He is survived by: his wife Ann Bean of Orrum; his children, Terry Inman (Grant) of Mt. Airy, NC, Wanda Bean (Jack Smith) of Clemmons, NC and Tony Bean (Karen) of Danbury, NC; and his sisters, Mavis Branch of Orrum, Doris Hardin (William) of Thomasville, NC and Jeanette Staab (Roger) of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
