He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Foley and Velma Page Foley; his wife Faye Lawson Foley; and his brothers, E. P. Foley (Flora Foley Floyd) and Horace Foley (Alice Foley).
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Foley of Orrum and Donna Foley of Orrum; and his grandchildren, Courtney Elam (Joey Scott) of Fairmont, Trey Elam (Jaime) of Lumberton and Jameson Elam of Kinston. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
