She is survived by: her children, Thurman A. "Buddy" Cook, Jr. (Wanda Davis Cook) of Proctorville, Barbara Harrelson (Billy) of Nichols, SC, Teresa Lee (Jeff) of Fairmont and Angie Wood of Orrum; her sister Josephine Goode (Billy) of Orrum; her grandchildren, Stephen Harrelson and Joe Cook; and her great grandchildren, Lizzie and Gregory Harrelson.
