She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Spruill and Faye Spruill; her son Ethan Schmidt; and her granddaughter Colbie Rae Schmidt. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Avery Ham (Ponce) and Caleb Schmidt; her sister Sandra Holton (Larry); her pet Gus; and her granddaughter Sutton Elizabeth Ham.
