She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Tingle, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Julia Tingle, Linda Burton and Raymond Tingle, Jr.; her grandchildren, Ronald Burton, Jr., Carol Kirchhoff (Charlie) and John-Michael Harrison (Daniela); and her nieces, Wanda Forrest and Cathy Dunbar. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
As a longtime member of Oriental United Methodist Church and charter member of the Dorcas Circle, she requested memorials and donations be directed to OUMC, PO Box 70, Oriental, NC 28571.
