It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Swenson Schmidt (Oriental, North Carolina), who passed away on December 1, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Eric Schmidt of Nashville, TN, Sigrid Overcash of Oriental and Linda Schmidt of Lyman, NH; her grandchildren, Eric Kindle, Sara Mello and Liz Sunyak; and her great grandchildren, Alex Sunyak and Emma Mello.
