She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Boa and Ruthelaine Boa. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Felix; her children, Evelynn Yvonne Perlman, Edward John Bernard, III, Sunny Lee Collins and John Nicholas Felix; and her siblings, Kelley Weber and Kenneth Boa.
As a lover of all animals and in lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests any donations be made in her name to the ASPCA or your local humane society.
