He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack V. Henderson and Louise Stepp Henderson. He is survived by: his wife Olivia Rogers Henderson; his siblings, Charles Richard Henderson, Phyllis Elaine Cone and Carol Ann Walters; his nieces, Kerry Spachman and Debra Henderson; his nephew Ross Henderson; and his great-niece Jordan Heath.
