We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Sandra Van Hoy (Olin, North Carolina), born in Statesville, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Adam Young Van Hoy; her parents, Kathleen McCoy and Coyte McCoy; her mother-in-law Anna Lou Van Hoy; her nephew Jay McCoy; and her brothers-in-law, Kip Hale and Darryl Addis.
She is survived by: her husband Albert Young Van Hoy; her daughter Carrie Currie; her son-in-law Joe Currie; her grandsons, Jacob and Carter Currie; and her siblings, Linda Stikeleather (Johnny), Judy Kennedy (Max) and Johnny McCoy (June). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her honor to charities that were near and dear to her heart including Gordon Hospice House in Statesville, Operation Christmas Child and The American Cancer Society.
