He is survived by: his wife Linda Billings Felts; his children, Michelle Ellis (Chris) of Advance, NC and Jonathan (Gretchen Ferrell-Felts) of Burnsville, NC; his grandchildren, Landyn, Sydney, Jackson Ellis and Opal Ferrell Felts; his mother Dare Souther Felts of North Wilkesboro, NC; and his sisters, Gail Alexander (Phil) of Roaring River, NC, Kay Minton (Mike) of Millers Creek, NC and Crystal Brinegar (Chuck) of North Wilkesboro.
