She was predeceased by: her parents, Rual Mahaffey and Mary Mahaffey (Dowell); her husband John C. Siceloff; her sons, David and Phillip Siceloff; and her grandchildren, Lola Hunley and Chesley Siceloff.

She is survived by: her sons, Paul Siceloff (Lynn) of North Wilkesboro and John Siceloff (Mabel) of Olin; and her grandchildren, Philip Siceloff (Megan), Melanie Griffith (Jason), Seth Siceloff (Tabetha) and Zachary Siceloff (Tiffanie Blackburn). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
