He was predeceased by: his parent Roy Moore. He is survived by: his parent Fannie Weiner Moore; his daughter Nicole Baxley (Matthew) of Statesville; his granddaughter Charlotte Avery Baxley; his sister Mary Helen Moore; and also, Wendy Evans (James), Stephanie Hefner and Bill Weiner.
