He was predeceased by: his parent Walter Creasy. He is survived by: his parent Tommy Tomlin Creasy; his wife Gretchel Hicks; his children, Jack Landon Creasy and LeAnn Hawkins (Mark); his grandchildren, Isaac Creasy, Thomas Creasy, Ashley Hawkins and Jackson Hawkins; and his sisters, Jan May (Dane) and Kathy Lapish.
