He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Ray Williams and Margie Shumaker Williams; his wife Barbara Jean Williams; and his sisters, Ann Williams Johnson and Arlene Williams Church.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Ray Williams (Jennifer) of Olin and Nicki Somers (Nathan) of Statesville; his sisters, Earlene McGrady (Sidney) of Trap Hill and Mary Crosby (Shawn) of Statesville; his grandchildren, Derek, Darren, Ashley (Cameron) and Chelsea (David); and his great grandchildren, Rylee, Caylee and Parker.
