It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Faye Ivey (Olin, North Carolina), born in Brunswick, North Carolina, who passed away on April 23, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent John Truman Holden; her husband Olin Ivey Sr.; her sons, Billy Ray Ivey and Jeffrey Allen Ivey; and her siblings, Odessa Paden, Roy Holden, Johnny Holden, Ella Ray Robinson, Eula Sellers, Roxie Broxton, Louise Danford and Carol Ann Holden.

She is survived by: her parent Elneta Fulford Holden; her children, Olin Ivey Jr. (Regina), Robert Ivey (Leisha), Gerald Ivey (Connie) and Candy Caison (Joey); her grandchildren, Chris Ivey (Katie), Jarad Ivey (Lindi), Chad Ivey (Christian), Will Ivey (Alisha), Diana Fulford (Bryan), Angela Tharp (Daniel) and Gerik Ivey (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Candice, Jonathan, Haylie, Emma Ryan, Sarah, Alexis, Avery, Mia, Brayden, Laney and Novie; her brother Kellen Holden (Delores); and her sisters-in-law, Selema Simmons, Lillie May Holden and Eula Mae Ivey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
