He was predeceased by: his parents, Atlas L. Ramsey and Wilena Ramsey Jarvis; his sister Jean R. Kiser; and his great grandchild Shauna Crawford. He is survived by: his children, Susan R. Davis (Tom), William "Michael" Ramsey (Vicky), Nancy R. McNeill (Stephen), Barbara R. Smith (Jack) and Patricia R. Fender (Tim); and his nephews, Malcolm and David McFee. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren.
