She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Herman Bailey and Ocie Mae Corn Bailey; her husband Robert Samuel Stroupe; her children, Rudy Stroupe and Connie Hurt; her son-in-law Ronnie Hurt, Sr.; her siblings, Charles David Bailey, Doris Bailey Reed and Homer Calvin Bailey; and her niece Teresa Reed Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Quinn (Jim); her grandchildren, Doug Quinn, Shelly Hughes (Midget), Brian Stroupe, Carla Thomas (Joe) and Robbie Stroupe; her great grandchildren, Beth Self (Jake), Roger Hughes, Breanna Dreadfulwater (Aaron), Ashley Stroupe, Skylar Stroupe, Marissa Hughes, Joseph Thomas, Shyann Stroupe and Jaden Stroupe; her great great grandchildren, Jaina, Kendall, Avery, Greyson, Ivan and Eliza; and her brothers, Burnice Ray Bailey and Herman Lee Bailey.
