Stephen Owen (Emily); his mother Hazel Stines; his siblings, Gail Rayburn, Beth Conner (Junior) and Robert Rice (Karen); and his grandchildren, Jaxson, Alexis, Roxanne, Maxton Owen, Kinley and Alayna Sisk.
