She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jenelle Moses Bivins of Marion, NC and John Junior Bivins; her son Justin Gregory Tipton; her husband Greg Tipton; her daughter Ashley Tipton Carmack (Von) of Old Fort; her grandchildren, Ceara, Sophie and Sterling; her brothers, Tim Bivins (Kim) of North Cove and Chris Bivins (Teresa) of Marion; and her close friend Gizmo.
In the family's care and concern for friends and family, they prefer that all who attend wear a mask.
