She is survived by: her husband James Willoughby; her children, Patricia Akers Watson (David) of Old Fort, Clifford Akers (Marie), Michelle Willoughby, Tina Kendrick (Shawn), Dennis Willoughby and Jamiesue Willoughby (Edward Wright) of Marion; and her brother David Dow.
