Ray Vess Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Vess of Old Fort, North Carolina, who passed away on February 10, 2021 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ray Vess to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Columbus Roland Vess and Rachel McEntire Vess Gilliam; and his wife Joan Hogan Vess. He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Walker (Gary) of Marion, NC, Terri Fisher (Matthew) of Cary, NC and Toni Hetzel (Rick) of Decatur, GA; and his brother Hugh Vess (Margaret) of Nebo, NC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
